How Gigi Hadid and Malaika Arora Khan deal with stress?

Gigi Hadid is the ‘IT’ girl of the fashion world. She barely touched 20 and she shot to stardom. As a supermodel she has to travel the world and walk for the top brands and designers. In our opinion, she has the perfect life. But even she is human affected by daily life. Sorrow, illness, family, friends, happiness, she lives through it everyday and still has to perform on stage because of her professional commitments. So how does she cope with the stress and the anxiety? By becoming tough, inside out. Working out not only enhances her physical strength, but also elevates her mental strength. In this video, she says, “Working out isn’t only physical for me. It’s mental. It helps me escape the noise in my head. It’s the only time my mind goes quiet.”

She is supporting Reebok’s women’s empowerment campaign called #PerfectNever, where she let’s us know how fitness can be used to develop mental toughness not just in the gym but for everyday life. “You have to go to work ready to block out everything that’s outside of your work environment,” she says.“You have to be able to change a channel in your mind and to be able to separate your thoughts and focus on what you’re doing at the moment.” She remains true to herself and uses fitness as a way to be become a better version of herself physically and mentally, to be more human. She takes comfort in the fact that she will never be perfect. “I hope that everyone can see that that’s the point of all of this … we’re not perfect.” 

Whereas Malaika Arora Khan lays emphasis on yoga. An endorser of Yoga and well known for reinventing her fitness regime with Aerial Yoga and other forms, Malika says, “My fitness regime is what keeps me going, ready to take on the world, in real and reel life. Both on camera and off it, I dig comfort, which clearly reflects in the choices I make – whether it is the roles I choose, the endorsements I take on or the clothes I am spotted in. Yoga has always helped me calm and restore my balance in everyday work and it help me stay focused with work and life in general.” At 43, she is one of the fittest celebs around.

These women reinstate the fact that everyone needs to work hard to maintain good health and good looks. Irrespective of age, race or religion, fitness is the only way to live a complete and a stress free life.
