My childhood in north India has some fond memories of eating Kulfi in the scorching months of May and June. I still remember the shop called Kishu Di Hatti, which used to sell one of the best kulfis in my neighborhood. But I always wished if he had more flavors to offer. And now fast track the time to 2015 where it is possible to get exotic flavors in Kulfi but also top it up with favorite dips and sprinklers.

Kulfi Nation will keep staple flavours like Kesar Pista and Malai, customers will also have on offer unconventional options like Paan and Fig. These can be glazed decadently with thick dip sauces of Caramel, White and Dark Chocolate and teamed with just the right sprinkle of Choco chips, Praline, Silver Balls and Dry Fruits. The Kulfis can be generously topped with Rabdi, Gulkand, Falooda, Fig Compote and Strawberry Compote. The flavorings feature Nutmeg, Cardamom and Cinnamon Powder.
