Kala Ghoda Festival 2015 closing ceremony  saw the energetic Varun Dhavan light up the stage on fire!

He gave a very special award to Juhi Babbar Soni for the best play shown at Kala Ghoda this year called, Kisike Ruke Ruka Hain Savera and it was a special moment for the entire audience to see them bond! Varun even performed a small number from his upcmong movie Badlapur that had the Asiatic Steps audience cheering like never before!

The evening followed with lovely words from Maneck Davar who thanked festival director Brinda Miller for all her efforts. He affirmed that,”this year there was a writ petition filed against Kala Ghoda Arts Festival which is arguably Asia’s biggest cultural festival. And the one lady who gets all the credit for making KGAF 2015 happen is Brinda Miller as she has tirelessly fought in courts for this festival to see the light of the day again!” Later she gifted one of her paintings to Varun.

The evening then progressed to a soul stirring performance by Amit Trivedi and his crew for the packed Asiatic Steps! Another beautiful art festival came to a glittering end.

Though the festival is over, but its true admirers have already started counting days before it comes back next year.
